Do you Travel?
I travel a maximum of 35 mins out of my city without any additional charges. If you reside in a city of Georgia that is farther there is a fee. If you would like for me to travel out of state, I would be happy to send you a quote. Don't hesitate to contact me!
How long have you been doing this?
I have been doing this for 4 years now.
How many photos do we get?
I don’t have a hard limit. I provide a body of work (a digital album) that ranges from 30-50 photographs. Keep in mind, this is completely dependent on the session and project. Of course this is different for weddings and large events. This answer is more accurate for my usual family and senior sessions. If you're interested in hiring me for a large event please contact me so we can discuss your specific needs!
How do we get our photos?
I send the pictures as a digital album and the files are big enough for cards and printed 5x7 pictures, as well as online (for social media posting). If you need a larger file from one of your favorites I would send that to you individually by request! (maximum amounts 5-10 images depending on session type)
Do you retouch photos?
I do not, I highly recommend hiring a different photographer if this is what you desire, and there is noting wrong with that!
Whats your turn around time?
For the 1 hour sessions (such as family, couple, and portrait sessions) typically have a 7 day turnaround time. As for prospectively larger projects such as branding, events, weddings/elopements, these typically have a 14 day turnaround. If you would like to request a quicker turnaround for your project, there is a $150 fee. This moves your project to the front of the list.
How do we book you?
I will send you a booking link! It's very quick and easy. However, before I solidify your session there is a deposit required. It is nonrefunable, but it secures your spot and is included in the price. The deposit is 20% of the session cost and I will send you an invoice of your payment. After that is done, I will send you your balance after you send the deposit. A contract will also be sent to the email you provide. I am able to receive this payment via CashApp and Venmo.
Can you help us with planning?
Absolutely! We can do this either through zoom, meet up for coffee, or I can even meet you at your home. Come prepared with any questions and ideas you may have! I'm here for you!
How far out do you book?
At this point in my business, I'm able to book out 4 months in advance. If you are getting married next year or have a large event and would like to hire me as your photographer, please contact me directly so that we can discuss the details more in depth.
What should we do for an engagement session?
I love to suggest to think of all the things that make up your story, such as where you had your first date or what your favorite things are to do together! I have seen many people have their pictures done inside their favorite cafés, or inside their own homes while playing their favorite card games. Honestly, the possibilities are endless! Think about what you both love. Do you love to hike together outdoors or have a passion for Jeeps? Maybe we can do an engagement shoot somewhere similar! Do you love to read books together? Maybe your engagement shoot could be inside a local bookshop or in your home with coffee! Do you love music? We can go to a record store and make magic there! I'm here for you and the possibilities are endless.
What should we wear?
I recommend wearing clothing that you are very comfortable in & feel confident to move in. I also personally recommend wearing neutrals with light patterns (that won't potentially clash with your backdrop). However, if you would like more ideas, I would be happy to shoot those your way! This is about telling your story.
